Manipuri guitarist Chongtham Vikram beaten to death by a mob in Delhi
Chongtham Vikram, a 40-year-old Manipuri musician who lived in Delhi for two decades, was brutally killed in a mob assault outside a local dhaba after objecting to individuals drinking outside his home. Local law enforcement detained eight suspects in connection with the fatal lynching.
